I am in pain.
I am mourning
The news about my idol, the biggest artist of all time, The great Michael Jackson was dead, struck me hard.
I didn't believe it first. I didn't want to. But somehow it made sense. Of course this was going to be the way he died. Of stress, pain and agony. He has been hunted his whole life. He stressed his whole life. He was sad, lonely, and hated. It takes a toll on ones heart. That what happens to people who are bullied. Bullied to death.
It striked me when we came home and watched it on the news.
I cried. I cried and cried.
Its so tragic. It's like loosing a friend.
I grew up with M.J. He has been a part of my life.
I Learned his dance moves, made dance combinations to his songs. I had a crush on him. I watched everything on TV with him. Man, i loved him! I felt with him. I felt his pain.
I Got upset when i read mean things about him. Rumours.
This man, is a loss to the whole world. He stood for love and peace on earth. His songs were about that. His whole personality.
Unfortunately, he had a vitiligo, that made him white. But sadly, yet today, Some people refuse to believe it.
Unfortunately he had bad self-esteem and started to operate his nose.
Unfortunately, GROWN UPS were too mean unreliable and judging for him so he chose to hang out with children instead. Which in some strange way in some hateful and mean peoples eyes made him a pedophile.
Unfortunately, there are people in this world who believe what media and the magazines say. In my eyes, they are idiots, but you know, It's not even really their fault. They just don't know better. They are not smart. Not very intelligent. Not educated well. They obviously don't have a mind of their own.
It would be a better world, if people weren't so shallow and judged people for how they look. Sure, M.J looked weird. Creepy if u want. But does ones appearance make someone a pedophile? It's not fair.
All M.J wanted, was to make peace on earth. Help little kids. And get back the childhood he lost, and this by hanging out with Children. Because they are not corrupted and evil.
It makes me sick that people have dirty minds like that. It makes me sick that people are as mean as this.
I am ashamed of being a human being.
Everyone thinks that M.J is a bad father for "covering up" his children.
Well, in that case call me a bad mother, cause I would have done the same if i had 100 papparazzis around my kids 24/7. He just wants to protect them. He's just being a good father. He doesn't want them to be exploited like he was.
After seeing the memorial, and Paris sad words about her father... man, i hope there is a lot of people feeling sick and regretful inside.
I love you Michael. Hope you finally find peace, hope you finally can have a childhood.

Midsummer!
No kidding!
Sarah is here. Thats the crazy cousin/best friend. She moved from U.K to Sweden at age 5. Our mamas raised us like sisters since then. Always together. Always sleepovers.
Then she moved to Stockholm, and i moved here. A big transition, that we got used to now, but there is always a little piece of me missing.
She arrived on Friday. Picked her up and after our usual dramatic hellos and tears we picked up Jonas, Then picked up Davidou, and then we were off to Clearlake.
When we came there, the first thing that happened when i opened the door wasan american girl with an annoying voice almost falling into the car and sayin "ohh, but this is the wrong car" Neither one of us were in a mood for annoying drunk girls. We just looked at her, but i think we scared her away.
Anyway, and thats practicly the weekend. Drunk young girls, and old men staring at them haha.
Thats clearlake man. Me and Sarah had lots of fun! The boys, naaa, not so much :-)
They are not really partyboys, and especially not he kind of parrty that goes on up there. David loves to just "chill out" And i love that about him. I wouldnt even want to have a partyboy. We complete eachother perfectly!
We Loved the dancin and the midsummer traditions, flowers in the hair, dance around the pole. The dinner was so late though, it took them 5 hours, FIVE hours to make it.( Usually takes 2)
People were like animals when they finally opened the doors. The were gonna open 2 doors, and not the one everyone had been cuing outside, so people ran everywhere. It became a stamphede, Sarah ran on the table. It was like a drunk chickenfarm. Thats really the right word.
Bella was totally out of it all weekend. When we came up on Friday, she had been there 9 hours already. Party on. She couldnt stand straight and was "un-contactable" haha. I was surprised that the day after i heard her from my tent, sounded happy and awake. Then she started drinking at 8 in the morning haha.
You can imagine what state she was in not even before midday haha. I honestly never seen anyone that drunk, and towards the night, she couldnt focus the eyes on you, they were all red, i didnt understand a word she was saying. She was definatly the center of attention! :-)

Fan
Jag älskar meningen inom citat. Så klockren!!Det blir nog till att heja på fransmännen i sydafrika.
Happy midsummer!!
After a bunch of drama and fear of not being able to go to Clearlake, we are now going.
When i was going to sign up, it was full! Over 150 people signed up, and that was the maximum. I called the cabin master and he said he couldn't help me. Rules are rules.
I was sad and told David i had a boring new years and i will not have a boring midsummer. We are only young once and there are not many midsummers left we actually can party, if you think we will have kids one day. Then its all over. Then it will be family stuff for the most part.
Anyway, I wrote them a sad email, and guess what- he said we could come!!
Its not that its clearlake that is so important. Its the midsummer celebration. Its important for us swedes, its like christmas for us!
The sad thing is.... its getting darker again :-(
And its only 6 months left to christmas.

Ditzy day
My Swedish gets worse all the time here. And it makes me annoyed when i hear people say "One can never forget ones mothertounge" Yes you can! I'm the living proof. And if you haven't lived abroad for more than a year, let me tell ya something- you aint got nothing to say about it!! You can just zap it.
Look, i dont speak very much Swedish over here. My hubby is French, usually when im with my homies, Davids there, wich means that we speak english. My job is english, Tvs on english. Its all in English man. So hell yeah that i forget complicated swedish academic words that i dont use when i talk to my mama or friends once a week. (And i really want to articualte that "Hell")
Today, I've been so ditzy. Yes. Today, i've been a complete airhead.
Bella was with me and Sofia on our playdate with the twins today, and i just couldnt speak Swedish.
I stuttered, and sounded like a foreigner trying to make sense in swedish. The grammar is aaaall wrong. All messed up.
I felt very foolish, and hope Gabi didnt notice it so much, but i felt it. And its kinda scary.
The worst thing was (That made me laugh out loud by my self thinking about it in the street afterwards) When i backed my car out of my boss's garage, Gaby next to me. And i say "I början hatade jag att drajva ut från garaget" Or it sounded more like this "ööh, jag hatade i öööhhh början att ööhh drajva ut från ööööö garaget"
Well, i overreacted a bit. Its not like i say "öööhhh" all the time, but almost. And you get that drajva comes from drive right. Hilarious.

Bella Bong is here!
San Franciscos party princess is back in town!! (I gave her my old title)
Supposed to meet Alex and her at my place for drinks and then celebrate with some karaoke, but they came so late we just stayed here. Had lots to catch up on! She looked beautiful as always, she was the same, but with brown hair. Bella Bella.
This last Tuesday we were also invited to Davids ex colleague Ellie, Elise and their amazingly cute son Tomas. They are from Canada. Andrea, Alexandra and their Vanessa was there too. It was a very nice evening! They are all 36+ (Ellie is even 50+) And they are just all so nice and easy to talk to!
Elise moved here from Canada with Tomas to be with Elie last year. We had them over for Crepe party last April. Tomas couldn't speak a work english. He only spoke French. (He is 5) Now, a year after, he has been to school in Marin. And i was chocked!! He speaks better english than both me and David!! Its incredible! He sounds like an american child! Thats when i realized that childrens brains are very different than Adults.

Today i went running on the beach again.
Well, at least that was the plan. I felt pumped and bounced out of my door, but when i came to the beach, i had cramp in my tummy, it was windy like hell and my shirt kept blowing up, and after a while i got grumpy and felt bloated and ugly.
So i turned around and walked home. That was my healthy jog. I was out for 20 minutes. I tried. But its Friday, and im tired. and i just wanna eat candy. Leave me alone!

Aunti Lena and Uncle Affe
They were here! The first adult ones to visit me!
I was tired like a bear that didnt hibernate for 10 yrs when i arrived to my apartment in S.F. Who is lying in our couch? Lena and Affe. It was so weird coming aaaall this way from Sweden, to see my dear Aunti in my couch on the other side of the world. Priceless.
We did a lot! Of course, because i'm such an amazing guide! Come on, u can't lie about that.
And they were sooo much fun to show around. They were amazed about everything! And kept saying how beautiful and fantastic everything was. Thats the way a tourist should be. A guide wants to hear this.
Saturday, we headed up to Napa valley to taste some wine. We also did Target and Ross. And had lunch at "Fresh choise". On our way back to Sf we showed them Sausalito and the houseboats.
