I'm so happy I found the hairdresser I have. Her name is Shi, cuts my hair for about $20 and its the best freakin haircut I've ever had! Its still really long, but has lots of layers! Since Shi is so cheap, I cut my hair more every 3 months now so my hair is healthier! Yay for Shi.
